Heavenly Deviled Eggs

INGREDIENTS
6 HARD BOILED EGGS
3 TBSP MAYONNAISE
2.5 TSP WHITE VINEGAR
2 TSP SUGAR
PINCH OF SALT
PINCH OF PAPRIKA

PREPARATION
Peel eggs, cut them in half and put yolks into a separate bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar and salt. Continue mashing and stirring until they are nice and creamy. If mixture seems to dry, add a bit more mayonnaise and vinegar. Taste and add more sugar and salt to taste. The mixture should be tangy and not too sweet.  Spoon back into eggs and sprinkle with paprika.
