Sometimes called the tequila cactus, the blue agave plant generates a premium agave nectar dripping with sweetness which Kiepersol ferments and distills to create a Texas-inspired Agave Spirit.

This plant is grown specifically for the spirits trade in Jalisco, Mexico. We tip our hats to the Mexican farmers who grow these desert plants for more than 7 years before they mature.

Paloma

INGREDIENTS
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. lime juice
1-1/2 oz. grapefruit juice
2 oz. Pierre’s Agave Spirit
Top with grapefruit soda water

HOW TO
Rim 1/2 tall glass with salt
Fill with ice
Build first four ingredients in shaker
Shake and strain
Top with grapefruit soda water
Garnish with dehydrated grapefruit slice

Classic Margarita

INGREDIENTS
3 oz. sweet & sour
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1-1/2 oz. Pierre’s Agave Spirit

HOW TO
Rim glass with salt
Fill with ice
Build first three ingredients in shaker
Shake and strain
Garnish with a lime wedge and dehydrated
orange wheel

Pierre's Agave Spirit
