The Distillery at Kiepersol

Created in 2014, the Distillery at Kiepersol produces Bourbon, Rum, Vodka, Gin, and an agave spirit. From the heart of a vineyard emerges a distillery that is Texas to the core. Small batch, well-loved, simple and pure. These spirits enjoy a special place in the history of the farm at Kiepersol.

As farmers ourselves, we look to other farmers who uplift stewardship of the land to source our raw agricultural products. Even the choice of the iconic Vendome still came from the respect of a 100-year-old family-owned company. We’re proud to meld their spirit with ours.

All spirits can be tasted at The Restaurant or Grand Room on the farm during your visit.
