Club members are a part of our extended family. Members receive discounts and early access to wine releases and events. As a member, you can choose between quarterly wine package pickup at the Grand Room or shipments to your home anywhere in Texas and Louisiana.

Members receive universal discounts based on their level of membership. You are rewarded for your membership at all Kiepersol locations. This includes B&B rooms, events, RV Park stays, wine, spirits, food, classes in Salt, tours, and merchandise.

  • There are 3, 6, and 12-bottle options for each of the following:
    Sweets, Whites and Rosés, Reds, and Winemakers.

  • Yes! For all Kiepersol hosted classes and events, plus your on-site purchases.

    3 bottle club- Bronze- 5% discount

    6 bottle club- Silver- 10% discount

    12 bottle club- Gold- 15% discount

  • Packages are charged once quarterly, unless additional packages are requested. The quarters are-

    Q1: January 1- March 31

    Q2: April 1- June 30

    Q3: July 1- September 30

    Q4: October 1- December 31

  • For online purchases, enter your promo code at checkout.

    For on-site purchases, let your wine steward or restaurant server know you are a club member.

  • Upon sign up, you will receive a welcome email and order confirmation with your receipt. The Grand Room will then prepare your package and send you an email alert through our system letting you know it is ready. You then have 30 days to pick up your package, during which you will receive reminder emails because we know life happens. If at any time before or during the 30 days, you decide you will not be able to make it to the farm, we will gladly ship the package to you.

    For future packages, you will receive an “upcoming order” email 7 days before your order processes during which time you can let us know of any known scheduling conflicts, payment method updates, or address changes. After the 7 days have passed, you will receive the aforementioned order confirmation, package ready email, and weekly reminders.

  • 1-3 bottles is $30

    4-6 bottles is $35

    7-12 bottles is $40

  • We currently ship anywhere in Texas and Louisiana.

  • Yes! If you have a scheduling conflict of when your package will arrive, simply let us know at least one week before your charge date and we can adjust it.

  • Club socials are for members and their guests to mix and mingle, try special/limited access wines, enjoy the sunset and sense of place.
