RESERVATIONS
Do I need a reservation for dinner or lunch?
Yes. Reservations are required for lunch and dinner as tables sell out quickly. Please make sure to reserve a table when you are booking your room. Room guests are not ensured a table unless reserved by calling 903.894.3300.
Do you have a dress code for dining ?
We do not have a dress code for lunch or breakfast. Texas business casual is required for dinner only - no athletic shorts, sandals, ball caps or running shoes, and shirts must be collared for men.
Do I need a reservation for the tastings at the Grand Room?
No.
Do I need a reservation for a tour of the winery and distillery?
Yes. Please check our tours page of the website for current tour timing, pricing and COVID restrictions. kiepersol.com/tours
What time is check-in?
Check-in is between 3:00 and 8:00 pm.
What time is check-out?
Check out is at 11:00 a.m.
Can I have an early or late check-in?
You can make a request. The manager will need to determine if a room can be ready earlier than 3:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will be arriving after 9:00 p.m.
Can I have a late check-out?
You can make a request. The manager will need to determine if that is possible. Late check-out
can only be extended by one hour. Late check-outs are not available on Sunday morning.
Do you have other recommendations when you are booked for dinner or we’d like to go somewhere else the second night of our stay?
Yes. We have a ‘Locals We Love’ page on our website that showcases other fabulous locally owned food and drink establishments that we recommend.
When am I charged for my room?
A valid credit card is required to hold the reservation. Charges are applied upon check-in.
How do I cancel my reservation?
A full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee will be granted if a room is canceled by 6:00 pm 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date will be charged the original full reservation amount plus tax.

When are you open?
Bed & Breakfast rooms are available Tuesday - Saturday evenings. The Restaurant is open Tuesday - Friday 11:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. and Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
What are the tasting room hours?
The Grand Room is open for tastings 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Tuesday - Saturday
ROOMS
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed inside unless they are a service animal. Outside, pets must be on a leash.
Where are the rooms located?
The Bed & Breakfast rooms are located within the Restaurant. The Vines Chalet is within walking distance to the Restaurant. The Stable House and Cottage are walking distance to the tasting room and winery, about ¼ mile from the Restaurant.
How private will my accommodations be?
Kiepersol is a true bed and breakfast with varied accommodations.
In the Vines Chalet, each guest has private bed & bath accommodations while maintaining an open kitchen and living room area available to the three guest rooms.
The Stable House at Kiepersol has private bed & bath accommodations while maintaining an open kitchen and living room area available to the five guest rooms.
The Cottage at Kiepersol has two private bedroom accommodations which share one bath, an open kitchen and living room area available to both rooms. Please note the Cottage is rented out as a whole including two rooms and will not be shared with other guests.
At the main Bed & Breakfast, there are five rooms just off the dining room of the restaurant which all have their own private bed and bath accommodations.
Are there quiet hours?
At Kiepersol, we are ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen. Guests are expected to be considerate towards others at all times. If there is any issue with noise from neighboring guests, please contact management or the innkeeper. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 p.m.
Does my room have a refrigerator and a coffee maker?
Our main bed and breakfast rooms attached to the restaurant do not have a refrigerator or coffee maker. However, limited refrigeration is available for our guests in our main cooler. Please ask a staff member.
The Stable House, Cottage and Vines Chalet all have refrigerators and coffee makers in the main room available to multiple guest rooms.
Where and when can I get coffee?
Coffee is served to overnight guests in our main dining room starting at 6:30 a.m.
If you enjoy coffee in the afternoon or evening, please request it at the bar and we
will make you a fresh pot.
Are roll out beds available?
We do not have roll out beds. All of our rooms are double occupancy.
Do you have a plug available for my electric car?
At this time, we do not have plugs for electric cars on the property.
Can I smoke in the room?
All rooms are non-smoking.
MENU
Do you have special menus for gluten free, vegan, allergies or kids?
We don’t have separate menus. Please let us know of your sensitivities and if you are having children join you for dinner when you reserve the table. Your server will be able to handle all your questions and we do provide options for all of these concerns.
Do you serve my favorite kind of liquor (Jim Beam, Bombay Sapphire, etc.)?
We are proud to serve only wines and spirits at the Restaurant and Grand Room which are grown or produced at our winery and distillery on the estate. That’s what makes Kiepersol unique! You will find a wine for every taste and we can create any cocktail you would like. Kiepersol does not serve beer.
MISCELLANEOUS
Do you have live music?
No, at this time we do not have live music.
How do I sign up to be a member of the wine club and what are the benefits?
Our club is a quarterly shipment club where you receive wine delivered to your home anywhere in Texas and you get discounts when you are at Kiepersol. You can learn about the club discounts, benefits and wine shipping options here.
How safe is it at Kiepersol?
All B&B accommodations are located within the gated Kiepersol Estates community. The gate is closed overnight. If the gate is closed, please dial 000 to gain access. An emergency access code will be given to you at time of check-in.
We have an innkeeper staying overnight at the main Bed & Breakfast. Staff does not stay overnight at the Vines Chalet, the Stable House, or the Cottage, however, the innkeeper is available for emergencies or other concerns. Kiepersol and it’s employees are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Is my information safe?
Personal information about guests is never shared. Kiepersol staff does not have access to your credit card information.
