RESTAURANT
DISHWASHER
Dishwashers work in a fast paced, multi-temperature and fun kitchen, to create the best possible experience for guests and staff. Dishwasher love to safely maintain a fast paced cleaning method, grow in understanding of needs of the restaurant and do the best that they can to add value fellow team members through their hard work.
Daily Responsibilities:
• Works with Servers and Server Assistants to collect all dirty dishes and organize them to be cleaned
• Clean and organize dish racks for maximum cleaning efficiency
• Take out kitchen trash as needed
• Separate clean dishes to be dried or put away
• Takes initiative to check on kitchen or serving staff to assist during slow periods of time
• Maintain clean organized and safe kitchen areas surfaces
• Follow all company policies and safety standards.
• Work and communicate respectfully as a team with all members of the restaurant.
Qualification
• Must be 18 years of age and eligible for TABC certification.
• Saturday availability is a MUST
• Customer service experience.
• Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time in a range of different temperatures.
• Ability to listen to instruction
