Steen Release Paired with Seared Scallops
The 2023 vintage of the Kiepersol Steen is out today and it’s taste tested for summer. This fresh dry white wine appeals to the Sauvignon Blanc drinker as well as Chenin Blanc fans. We paired it with a great scallop recipe from AllRecipes.com that features a zesty jalapeño edge and a cooling orange bite that pairs perfectly with our Steen.
Key Lime Cake
We discovered two things that pair perfectly with summer and lime! The key lime cake has a kick from the layers of lime and is so refreshing with a little shot of Pierre’s Agave Spirit.
